AC Milan make £10m Liverpool target transfer priority, Massimiliano Mirabelli has had defender on shortlist for three years
AC Milan sporting director Massimiliano Mirabelli has made Fenerbahce defender Simon Kjaer a transfer priority according to reports in Turkey.
Turkish sports newspaper Fanatik claim that Mirabelli has been scouting Kjaer for the last three years.
Per the source, Kjaer was a transfer target for Mirabelli during his time at Inter as well.

AC Milan have made Kjaer among their transfer priorities this summer as they plan a summer overhaul.
The report does however, state that Kjaer’s €4 million [£3.2m] salary could prove to be a stumbling block.
The Denmark international has also been closely linked with a Premier League giants Liverpool.
Turkish outlet AMK reported that the Reds are prepared to offer £10 million for the 28-year-old and that they will enter direct talks with Fenerbahce over the next few days.
Liverpool would not have any trouble matching Kjaer’s salary.
The Fenerbahce defender is settled in Turkey and does have another two-years remaining on his contract.
Kjaer already has Serie and Ligue 1 experience under his belt but has never played in the Premier League.
The powerful defender has three goals and one assist in 39 games for Fenerbahce in all competitions.
