Liverpool’s Emre Can talks about his ‘tank’ like runs
[divider]Emre Can has stated that running with the ball is one of his key strengths and has been doing it throughout his career.
The 21-year-old has been likened to a Rolls Royce for his driving runs up the field with the ball.
Can has also earned himself the nickname of the ‘Tank’ in recent weeks.
“I think it’s one of my strengths, running with the ball,” Can told the official Liverpool website.
“I started doing it when I was young and I still do it now, so I would say it’s one of my main strengths.”
Can is now being compared to Alan Hansen and other great Liverpool defenders who were comfortable on the ball and used as a springboard for attacks.
