Turan’s move to Fenerbahce would be hugely controversial if it were to materialise as he is a Galatasaray legend.
Galatasaray and Fenerbahce have one of the deepest rivalries in Turkish football.
Mundo Deportivo meanwhile report that 30-year-old is not keen on a return to Turkey.
Barcelona want £26 million [€30m] for Turan according to ESPN and Arsenal are reported to have expressed a keen interest in the attacking midfielder.
Per the source, the La Liga giants have transfer listed Turan despite having another three-years remaining on his contract.
