The Gunners have not however, been included among the five clubs given the right to sign Ozyakup for £10.5 million [€12m] according to reports in Turkey.
Turkish sports newspaper AMK report that Besiktas have offered Ozyakup a new contract which included a clause allowing Roma, Napoli, Sevilla, Atletico Madrid and Monaco the right to sign him for £10.5 million.
All other clubs will have to match the Black Eagles asking price.
Per the source, the new contract bans Ozyakup from joining either Fenerbahce or Galatasaray.
Ozyakup has just over 12 months remaining on his current contract.
The central midfielder left Arsenal in 2012 in pursuit of first team football at Turkish giants Besiktas.
The Turkish international played a major role in Besiktas winning the league title for the past two seasons.
