€30m Arsenal target offered to Liverpool in La Liga giants bid to sign Philippe Coutinho
Transfer season would not be transfer season without Arda Turan being linked with a move to Liverpool.
Liverpool wanting Turan is one of the longest lasting transfer sagas in the modern game.
Spanish publication Don Balon claim that Barcelona want to use Turan as a negotiating tool in an attempt to land Philippe Coutinho.
Per the source, Turan told Barcelona he is not interested in a move to Liverpool.

The La Liga giants are keen on selling the attacking midielder this summer but he has made things difficult.
The report claims that Turan wants a move to one of the biggest clubs in Europe.
It is worth pointing out that contrary to the report Turan is a self-confessed Liverpool fan and has revealed that he grew up supporting the club – as his non-Turkish team.
“I want to play in major leagues and my dream team is Liverpool,” the Turkey international revealed before leaving Galatasaray for Atletico in 2011.
“As I always mention, Liverpool attracts me because of their tradition.
“In Europe, I am a Liverpool supporter, so if I go to play in Europe, I would like to play for them.”
Turan has had no shortage of Premier League interest this summer, the Gunners are reported to be plotting a move.
Mundo Deportivo claim that Barca want €30 million for Turan but that the North London side are not prepared to make a bid unless the La Liga giants accept a lower fee.
The former Turkish international scored 13 times and provided seven assists in all competitions last season.
