Barcelona are not interested in loaning Arda Turan out this summer according to Mundo Deportivo.
The La Liga giants want to sell the 30-year-old but will not consider loan deals.
Per the source, Galatasaray have had their approach rejected as a result of Barcelona’s policy towards Turan.

Barcelona are however, running out of options to sell the experienced former Turkish international.
Ahmet Bulut told Turkish-Football that Turan does not want to move to China or back to Turkey.
Arsenal and Inter Milan are currently the only realistic options left.
The Gunners have been linked with Turan for months. Bulut revealed that the North London outfit have expressed an interest but that an official bid has not been launched.
Bulut also met with Inter Milan officials last month but the Italian giants have not made a bid as of yet either.
Mundo Deportivo claim Barcelona’s €30 million asking price is putting Arsenal off and that they would only consider a move for a lower fee.
