Chelsea news: Club president travels to London as Super Lig giants plot transfer deadline day move for star striker
Besiktas are plotting a late swoop for Chelsea striker Diego Costa.
A source close to the club revealed to Turkish-Football that they are keen on a loan deal for Costa.
The Black Eagles had cooled interest after making a loan move earlier in the transfer window.
The Istanbul giants are back in the running and could offer Costa a way out of his current predicament.

Besiktas manager Senol Gunes confirmed interest in Costa back in July.
“Then there is Diego Costa, I want him but it will not be easy to pull off,” Gunes was quoted as saying by Besiktas at the Nevzat Demir training ground.
The Spanish international is unlikely to feature for Chelsea this season and did not get a move to Atletico Madrid – who he was closely linked with.
Besiktas president Fikret Orman is currently in London and will make a final attempt to complete the move.

The Super Lig champions face competition from Fenerbahce who also want the striker on loan.
The powerful striker has not been registered for Chelsea’s Champions League squad however, Besiktas would only be able to include him in their European squad after the group stage.
Besiktas have won the league title for the past two seasons and are currently second in the Super Lig.
