Fenerbahce are on a three game win streak but if you ask me it has just papered over the cracks. The Yellow Canaries have beat sides in the bottom half of the table over the past three games. Bursaspor will offer a real test. The Green Crocodiles have gelled under Paul Le Guen and are playing the most aesthetically pleasing football in the league. The home side are being underestimated.

Kasimpasa vs Trabzonspor
Trabzonspor are on a roll since sacking Ersun Yanal. Now you have probably got bored of me banging on about how good this side is but I’m going to keep drumming home the message. I would not be surprised to see Trabzonspor break into the top four in the not distant future.

Galatasaray took a barrage of criticism and once again there were calls for Igor Tudor to be sacked but we suspect it is all part of the ‘Fatih Terim lobby’ in full effect. The Lions are just one point off leaders Basaksehir and we expected them to roar at home.

Osmanlispor vs Alanyaspor
Too unpredictable. Avoid!
Sivasspor vs Basaksehir
Basaksehir were first at the time of writing. An unbelievable achievement by Abdullah Avci who has made this side genuine title challengers. I do not see Sivasspor putting an end to Basaksehir’s unbeaten streak. The Istanbul based side have struggled for goals of late but even if they fail to win I see them leaving with at least a point.

Kayserispor vs Besiktas
Besiktas have struggled in post Champions League games this season, drawing their last two. It is worth noting that Senol Gunes rested seven starters against Red Bull Leipzig on Match Day 6 – and they still managed to win! The Black Eagles have not even found their highest gear yet. Now Kayserispor will be no pushovers, they are fourth in the league on merit. But this Besiktas side are something special. We are witnessing one of the best sides to ever grace the Super Lig. Expect them to raise their game and prove the doubters wrong.
