Revealed: Arsenal star picks up more than half of the votes to win Player of the Month award
Mesut Ozil has been awarded the Arsenal Player of the Month award for the month of November.
The Arsenal star picked up more than half the popular vote with Mustafi coming in second place, Aaron Ramsey in third and Alexis in fourth.
The voting took place on the official Arsenal website.
Ozil put in a number of impressive performance including a Man of the Match effort in the North London derby against Tottenham.
The playmaker of Turkish origin provided an assist for Shkodran Mustafi’s opener in the 2-0 win over Spurs.
Ozil and then laying on two goals and scoring one himself in another Man of the Match display against Huddersfield.

Ozil has a total of five goals and three assists in all competitions for the North London outfit this season.
The 29-year-old does however, have under 12 months on his contract and will leave as a free agent unless a new deal is signed before the end of the season.
