‘City 99% Basel 1%’ – Man City fans react to drawing side that beat Man United in Champions League group staged
Manchester City drew FB Basel in the Champions League Last 16 draw at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.
City will take on the Swiss giants for the first time in the competition.
Basel will be no strangers to Manchester as they faced Man United in the group stage, beating the Red Devils in Switzerland.
Ilkay Gundogan is set to feature in his first Last 16 clash since joining City from Borussia Dortmund.
The midfielder of Turkish origin missed last seasons Last 16 clash due to a lengthy injury but has since recovered and has been gradually given more playing time.

Not everyone is underestimating Basel. After-all they did beat Manchester United in the group stage and have a good record against English opposition in general.
