Arsenal Star Could Move To Turkey if £30m Chelsea Target Is Sold In January
Besiktas are plotting a move for Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud according to reports in Turkey.
Fanatik understand that the Black Eagles are planning for the possibility of star man Cenk Tosun leaves in January.
Per the source, the Istanbul giants want Giroud as a potential replacement for the Turkish international.
Besiktas would have the funds to sign the France international from the sale of Tosun if a winter transfer move does go ahead.
Giroud admitted that he will consider his option in a TV documentary to be shown by L’Equipe TV.
The powerful striker revealed how he is driven to make the France squad in Russia next summer.

“The World Cup, I have it in my head every week, almost every day,” Giroud said. “Every time I go on the pitch, it is to be the most efficient with the objective of the World Cup.
“If I couldn’t leave this summer, it was because of the opportunities that I had. I did not to leave to leave.
“But it is sure that at the end, even in January, it is again going to be necessary to ask myself the question.”
Tosun meanwhile has attracted widespread interest after an impressive few seasons and is a Chelsea target according to Besiktas general secretary Ahmet Urkmezgil.
Urkmezgil was quoted by Turkish-Football as saying: “Cenk has come so far, he is a great player who has reached the highest level.
“Chelsea sent club officials and a scouting team to watch him during the derby.”
The 26-year-old is valued by his club as being worth £30 million.
Tosun has been instrumental in the Black Eagles winning back to back league titles and making history this season becoming the first Turkish side to progress to the Champions League Last 16 as leaders.
The Germany born forward has 12 goals and three assists in all competitions this season.
Tosun has four goals and two assists in the Champions League.
The Eagles will face Bayern Munich in the Last 16.
