Manchester United star Henrikh Mkhitaryan could be on his way out of Old Trafford with several clubs ready to swoop.

The Armenian international enjoyed a strong start to the campaign, but his form has dipped since and he has not even made the bench for the Red Devils last six games.

Italian sports newspaper Corriere della Sport claim Mkhitaryan has given the green light to leave United and that Inter are eyeing a move.

The Serie A giants could face competition from reigning Super Lig champions Besiktas according to reports in Turkey.

Fotomac claim the Black Eagles have Mkhitaryan on their shortlist as they prepare for the possibility of Anderson Talisca not staying on once his loan stay ends.

Talisca is into his second loan season at Besiktas and has a year remaining on his Benfica contract.

The Istanbul giants have yet to strike a deal over his long term future with the Portuguese giants.

As a result Besiktas are keeping their options open.

Mkhitaryan has been prioritised and Besiktas will approach his representatives over a potential move.

The Eagles have enjoyed an impressive Champions League campaign, becoming the first Turkish side to book a place in the Last 16 as group leaders.

Besiktas did not lose a single game in Group G beating Porto, Monaco and Red Bull Leipzig away.

Mkhitaryan became Mourinho’s third signing when he joined from Borussia Dortmund for a £30 million fee.

BBC Sport understands there has been a “breakdown of trust” and that he could be allowed to leave.

Speaking before Sunday’s trip to West Brom, Mourinho said: “If a player is not happy and brings with the request a number we consider good for us, I would never say no.

“That is my approach as a manager. Every player has a price.”
