Besiktas striker Cenk Tosun is currently in London waiting for Besiktas to give him the green light to travel to Merseyside and complete his Everton transfer.

A source close to Besiktas revealed to Turkish-Football that Tosun will travel leave London once the move has been finalised.

The 26-year-old travelled to London on Saturday before spending new years in the capital city.

The Sun meanwhile report, that Tosun will arrive in Merseyside next week to seal a £7.5 million per-year deal.

Per the source, the Turkish international will arrive at Goodison on Tuesday.

Everton will shell out £25 million for Tosun but the fee could rise to £28 million with add-ons.

That fee would made Tosun the most expensive Turkish international transfer to leave the Super Lig.

The arrival of Tosun could signal the end of Oumar Niasse’s time at the club. Toffees boss Sam Allardyce is expected to let the Senegal international leave.
