Photo: Emre Can Remembers Former Liverpool Star Who Made Serie A Move On His Birthday

Emre Can has been closely linked with a move to Italy this season with Juventus expressing an interest in the Liverpool star.

Can is not expected move to Italy but Lucas Leiva did just that over the summer, joining Lazio after years of service to the Reds.

Leiva celebrated his birthday today and Can wished his former teammate all the best calling him ‘kardes’ which is Turkish for brother.

The Brazilian midfielder spent 10 years at Liverpool before leaving at the end of last season.

Lucas has one goal and four assists in 24 appearances for Lazio in all competitions.
