Manchester City loanee Jason Denayer is set to start as a centre-back alongside Serdar Aziz.
Denayer has made 13 appearances in all competitions for the Lions this season.
The Belgium international has played predominantly as a centre-back this season but also as a full-back.
Galatasaray will be without star striker Bafetimbi Gomis who is injured.
Former City midfielder Fernando and defender Maicon are out suspended.
Badour Ndiaye, Sofiane Feghouli and Fernando Muslera meanwhile are one booking away from picking up a suspension.
The Lions head into the Kayserispor clash just four points behind league leaders Basaksehir.
The Istanbul giants will close the gap with leaders Basaksehir to just one point with a win.
Galatasaray have however, lost their last four away games in the league.
