Galatasaray suffered a shock 2-1 away defeat against Kasimpasa on Sunday in the Super Lig.

Garry Rodrigues ended up scoring the opening goal for the Lions in the first half.

The star winger wrapped up a wonderful attacking move from Ryan Donk with an equally impressive finish.

Newcastle United are interested in Rodrigues according to Turkish outlet Gunes. 

Per the source, the Lions turned down a €8 million bid for Rodrigues from the Magpies back in January.

The report goes onto state that Galatasaray will only consider selling the Cape Verde international if a bid in the region of €16m is tabled.
