The Lions are expecting four other clubs to send scouts to the game for Rodrigues, although the names of the other sides were not disclosed they are expected to be from Spain, France and Italy.
Galatasaray recently sold Badou Ndiaye to Stoke City for €16 million.
Newcastle would be able to sign Rodrigues for a similar fee according to reports in Turkey.
Following the 2-1 defeat against Kasimpasa last week the 27-year-old was asked by reporters regarding a potential move to Newcastle.
According to Fotomac, Rodrigues responded by stating, “I will not go for less than €15m.”
Galatasaray have not confirmed they would be prepared to sell for the fee being reported.
The Lions are however, open to an end of season transfer for a price that matches their valuation.
The Cape Verde international has five goals and seven assists in all competitions for the Lions this season.
