Tottenham striker Vincent Janssen joined Fenerbahce on loan over the summer to rekindle his career after a disappointing debut season in the Premier League.

Janssen has not fared much better in Turkey, the Netherlands international has scored just three goals and provided four assists in all competitions this campaign.

It is worth mentioning that he has been out injured since December but his first half of the season was not anything to write home about.

Fenerbahce were rumored to be preparing a move for Janssen to sign him on a permanent deal.

A source close to Fenerbahce, revealed that the club are not interested in signing Janssen on a permanent deal or a loan move next season.

The Yellow Canaries forwards have struggled for goals this season despite the team still being in the title race.

The Istanbul giants are currently three points behind league leaders Galatasaray.

Fenerbahce take on Besiktas next in the Turkish Cup semi-finals. Janssen could recover in time for the derby clash on Thursday.
