Wolves have received a boost in their pursuit of Brazilian attacking midfielder Anderson Talisca.
Besiktas have not taken the opportunity to activate the clause they have to buy the attacking midfielder for £18.3 million.
Talisca appeared to bid farewell to fans of the Black Eagles on his Instagram account, saying he had a great two seasons and will never forget his time at the club.

The 24-year-old is into his second season on loan at the Istanbul giants but they will be unable to keep him on a permanent deal due to financial constraints.
The Birmingham Mail report that Wolves are now front-runners for his signature after promotion to the Premier League and their ties to Jorge Mendes.
Per the source, Liverpool, Manchester United and Roma have also been linked.
Talisca played an important role in Besiktas lifting the league title last season and has been involved in 24 goals this campaign – 19 goals and five assists.
The 1.91m tall attacker helped the Black Eagles cruise through their Champions League group as undefeated leaders scoring four goals.
Besiktas have won the league championship for the past two seasons but will be unable to defend the title for a third successive season.
The best the Eagles can finish this term is as runners-up.
