Fenerbahçe winger Dirk Kuyt scored the winning goal against Galatasaray in the Intercontinental derby.
The Yellow Canaries ended up winning the game 1-0 and closing the gap with league leaders Galatasaray to just one point.
Kuyt told reporters after the game that he is used to scoring winning goals in important games.
“I have scored winners at Liverpool and Feyenoord as well, it is an honour to do the same here,” Kuyt told Lig Tv.

Kuyt scored 71 goals in 285 matches for Liverpool and became a fan favourite during his time in England.
The 34-year-old reached the 2006-07 Champions League final, was runner up in the 2008-09 Premier League title race and won the 2011-12 League Cup with the Reds.
Kuyt joined Fenerbahçe from Liverpool in 2012 for €1 million and has eight goals and four assists in all competitions for the Yellow Canaries this season.
The 34-year-old has won the Süper Lig, Turkish Cup and Turkish Super Cup at Fenerbahçe and also helped the Yellow Canaries reach the semi-finals of the 2012-13 Europa League.
