Galatasaray manager Fatih Terim revealed that Ndiaye would be joining by Monday or Tuesday in his post-match press conference following the win over Goztepe on Sunday.
The Lions boss made it clear that Ndiaye has agreed terms with the club.
“Ndiaye will join us by Monday or Tuesday, we did a good job loaning back a player we sold for a high fee,” he said
The 27-year-old joined Stoke City from Galatasaray for a £14 million transfer fee back in January.
Galatasaray have made signing a central midfielder a priority this summer ahead of their Champions League campaign.
The Yellow-Reds ended up winning the league title last term for the 21st time after Ndiaye parted ways but he did play an important role in the side before his exit.
