Arsenal striker Lukas Podolski is likely to join Galatasaray over the summer according to football coach Ayhan Tumani.
Tumani is reported to have close ties with Podolski according to Turkish radio station Radyospor.
“I believe his new address will be Galatasaray I setup a meeting with him and Galatasaray in 2011 but the club was unable to meet Koln’s asking price,” Tumani told Radyospor.
“Podolski has always been fond of Galatasaray.
“The current situation is that Podolski wants to leave Arsenal and Galatasaray want him.”

Galatasaray have been closely linked with Podolski and made the Germany international an offer in January before he joined Inter on loan.
Podolski has returned from his loan at Inter and the Italian giants are reported not to be interested in signing him on a permanent deal.
The 28-year-old striker recently stated that he is considering his options and that he could leave on a permanent deal at the end of the season.
“I cannot confirm anything now. I have a year of my contract with Arsenal left and I have talked to others, I’m open to everything,” Podolski told Sky Sport Italia.
The World Cup winner only managed to score a single goal in 15 Serie A appearances for Inter this season.
Galatasaray won the Süper Lig title for the 20th time on Monday 25 May and guaranteed a place in the Champions League final.
