Fenerbahçe will complete the signing of Lille defender Simon Kjaer depending on the results of his medical tomorrow Tipsbladet journalist Gustav Tornby told Turkish-football.
The Yellow Canaries released a statement to the Istanbul stock exchange earlier today confirming talks with Lille and Simon Kjaer are underway.
Süper Lig clubs listed on the stock exchange generally release a statement confirming talks as a formality before announcing the completion of a transfer.
The statement read: “Negotiations with Lille football club and their professional football player Simon Kjaer are underway.”

Kjaer is currently in Turkey and is reported to have been offered a four-year contract with the Yellow Canaries worth €4 million per-season. The Denmark international is also expected to receive a lucrative set of performance related bonuses.
Kjaer has 50 international caps for his country and has made a total of 79 appearances for Lille.
