Beşiktaş vice-president Ahmet Nur Çebi has revealed that the club want €14 million for star striker.
Çebi revealed that they have received offers from China and Qatar but that nobody has matched their asking price for the Senegalese international.
“There have been serious offers in particular from China and Qatar but it is not the fee we are looking for. We want €14 million for Ba if anybody meets this valuation we would allow him to leave,” Çebi told NTV Spor.

Ba was linked with a move to China worth €14 million today in the Turkish press but Çebi ruled out reaching an agreement with any club over Ba.
The Times reported that West Ham and West Brom are both interested in the 29-year-old striker.
West Ham boss Slaven Bilic knows Ba well having worked with the powerful striker during his time in charge of Beşiktaş last season.
Ba hit the ground running under the command of Bilic scoring a career high 27 goals in all competitions for the Black Eagles.
The Beşiktaş star joined the club from Chelsea last summer and still has another two years left on his contract.
