Beşiktaş have received a €14 million bid from Shanghai Shenhua for Demba Ba according to NTV Spor. The Chinese giants are also reported to have offered Ba a contract worth €5.5 million per-season.
Black Eagles vice-president Ahmet Nur Çebi revealed that the club would accept an offer of €14 million but denied receiving a bid matching their valuation.
“There have been serious offers in particular from China and Qatar but it is not the fee we are looking for. We want €14 million for Ba if anybody meets this valuation we would allow him to leave,” Çebi said.

The NTV Spor reports the Istanbul giants will accept the €14 million bid but that Ba remains unconvinced about a move to China.
The former Chelsea man recently revealed that he would consider a move but only back to the Premier League.
“The Besiktas fans took to him because they appreciated his passion. He is very enthusiastic and demands 100% from his players. He has experience of the English game from his time [at West Ham and Everton]. In my opinion he is a very good choice,” Ba told Worldsoccer.
West Ham and West Brom have also been closely linked the 29-year-old striker according to the Times.
Ba scored a career high 27 goals in all competitions for the Black Eagles under the command of Hammers boss Slaven Bilic last season.
Bilic was manager of Beşiktaş last season and signed Ba on a €6 million move from Chelsea last summer.
