The Portuguese international spent last season on loan at Sporting Lisbon scoring 12 goals and eight assists in 38 appearances.
Nani still has three-years left on his contract with United but is expected to part ways with the Premier League giants over the summer.
Fenerbahçe sporting director Guilliano Terraneo has travelled to Portugal to go over the final details with the agent of Nani, a close source told Turkish-football.com.
The source confirmed that the Portuguese international has agreed personal terms with Fenerbahçe. Talks had initially stalled due to Nani’s wife having reservations about a move to Turkey but his family have since been convinced into making the move.
The transfer is expected to be completed over the next few days. Nani would become the Yellow Canaries fourth official transfer of the summer.
