Fenerbahçe star Robin van Persie has kept his place in the Netherlands national team as has Galatasaray playmaker Wesley Sneijder.
Van Persie will be reunited with former United teammate Daley Blind in the latest squad selection. United winger Memphis has also been included in the provisional squad.
Daley joins his father Danny Blind who replaced Guus Hiddink as manger of the Dutch national side following a poor run of results.
The Netherlands take on Turkey in the 2016 European Championship Group A game on 3 September 2015.
