Arsenal legend Ian Wright has surprisingly left the Gunners star playmaker Mesut Ozil out of his Team of the Year.
The been a tough week for the 27-year-old after being snubbed once again after also being left out of the PFA’s team.
Ian Wright unveiled his side which is dominated by Tottenham and Leicester City players live on BT Sport.
Ian Wright’s team of the year:
De Gea, Simpson, Toby Alderweireld, Morgan, Rose, Mahrez, Dier, Alli, Payet, Vardy, Kane.
Ozil has been in impressive form this season and may feel unlucky not to be included in the PFA Team of the Year which was announced earlier this week.
The 27-year-old has provided the highest number of assists in the Premier League this season (19).
Ozil has created the most chances in the league (122) but Arsenal have the lowest goal record in the top four.
