Arsenal prepared to waiver 30 percent sale clause if Besiktas agree to sell star man for £11m
Arsenal have stepped up efforts to sign Besiktas midfielder Oguzhan Ozyakup according to the Aksam newspaper.
Per the source, the Gunners are prepared to offer £11 million for their former academy product.
Additionally the North London based outfit are also ready to waiver their 30 percent sale clause.
Arsenal stand to make 30 percent of the transfer fee if Besiktas sell Ozyakup.

The Gunners would therefore be able to sign Ozyakup for a discount fee if under the current terms of his contract.
The 25-year-old has under 12 months remaining on his contract and has yet to sign a new deal.
Ozyakup has hinted in the past that he would be keen on a return to the Premier League.
