Mesut Ozil has taken to Twitter to state that he will set off for his summer holiday’s following Germany’s 7-0 victory over Gibraltar in their Euro 2016 Group D qualifier.
Germany are currently second in Group D with 13 points from six games. Poland are first on 14 points while Gibraltar are last with no points.
Ozil tweeted, “… in the end but still a good result … now summer holidays #GIBGER #DieMannschaft #EuropeanQualifiers #Mira”
Özil set up three goals and received a rating of 10.0 from whoscored.com for his performance against Gibraltar. The Arsenal playmaker made 86 passes and maintained a passing accuracy of 83.7%.
