Wenger has decided to rest the AOL – Alexis Sanchez, Mesut Ozil and Alexandre Lacazette.
Ozil has not appeared in any Europa League games this season.
Shkodran Mustafa meanwhile will miss the game after picking up an injury against Manchester United on the weekend.
The likes of Jack Wilshere, Mathieu Debuchy and Calum Chambers are all expected to be drafted in.
Additionally youngsters like Reiss Nelson, Joe Willock and Eddie Nketiahare could all feature.
England international Theo Walcott will also be in contention for a starting role.
