Liverpool crushed Aston Villa 6-0 ending a three games winless run in the Premier League in the process.
Daniel Sturridge opened the scoring on 16 minutes and Milner doubled the away sides lead on 25 minutes to give Liverpool a two goal lead going into the half-time break.
Emre Can scored his first league goal of the season on 58 minutes and was followed in quick succession by Origi, Clyne and Kolo Toure.
Can started in central-midfield and scored with his first shot on target. The Germany international of Turkish origin now has a grand total of two goals in all competitions this season.
The Reds moved into 8th place on 38 points following the victory while Aston Villa remain cemented to the bottom of the table.
