Arda Turan’s agent Ahmet Bulut has dispelled rumours linking his client with a move to China.
Bulut has stated that Arda has not received any offer from the Chinese club Beijing Guoan.
“It is not true that Arda has received any offer [from China],” Bulut told Mundo Deportivo.
“Arda is not looking at leaving now, or in the summer [transfer window].”
Bulut made the statement after Habertürk claimed that a Chinese Super League club were preparing an offer for the Turkish international.
Turan joined Barcelona on £29 million transfer from Atletico Madrid signing a five-year deal with the reigning La Liga champions.
The 29-year-old only made his debut last month due to the FIFA transfer ban that was imposed on the club. Barcelona have won all 10 games since Turan made his debut.
The La Liga giants will break their record for consecutive victories with a victory against Valencia in the Spanish Cup semi-final second leg tie today.
Barcelona defeated Gary Neville’s Valencia 7-0 in the first-leg at the Camp Nou.
