Barcelona’s out-of-favour midfielder Alex Song has agreed personal terms with Galatasaray according to Fotospor.
The report states that Galatasaray’s director of football Cenk Ergun met with Song’s agent Darren Dein in London.
Fotospor claim that Galatasaray have reached an agreement on a three-year deal worth €1.5 million per season. Galatasaray are however yet to meet with Barcelona to discuss a transfer fee.
Song provided one assists in 16 appearances while on loan at West Ham last season.
The 27-year-old has previously played for Charlton Athletic, Bastia and Barcelona. Song is currently contracted to Barcelona until 2017 but is expected to leave this summer after falling out of favour with the La Liga champion
Galatasaray finished the the league in 6th place and are looking to revamp their squad ahead of next season following their nightmare season.
