Barcelona have offer on table from Arsenal, Chinese giants to rival bid with €50m move for attacking midfielder
Arsenal are among several sides to have presented Barcelona with an offer according to reports in Turkey.
Hurriyet claim that Barca have an offer on the table from Arsenal, Juventus, Fenerbahce and Besiktas.
Per the source, Chinese outfit Guangzhou have made an astronomic bid worth €50 million.

The deal would see Turan paid €20 million per-season if it were to go ahead.
The Turkish international’s agent Ahmet Bulut has revealed on a number of occasions to Turkish-Football that his client is not keen on moving to China or back to Turkey.
That would leave Arsenal and Juventus as the only two sides from the Hurriyet list that would attract Turan.
The report does claim that the money being offered in China may just be enough to get Turan thinking about a move to the far-east.
Turan’s contract at Barca does run until 2020 and despite struggling for playing time towards the end of last season he has not suggested that he is frustrated at the club.
The 30-year-old was signed by Luis Enrique but the former head coach has been replaced by Ernest Valverde.
The ex Athletic Bilbao boss has yet to come out and publicly back Turan.
The attacking midfielder will be able to focus completely on club football next season after retiring from international football.
