An unnamed Chinese Super League club have made a lucrative offer for Barcelona’s Turkish international Arda Turan.
The Spanish newspaper Sport claim that the Catalan giants have received and offer. The report goes onto state that manager Luis Enrique is not keen on the deal as he is happy with Turan’s contributions.
Enrique is also reluctant to let go of Turan after he pushed the board to sign for €34 million from Atletico Madrid over the summer.
The 29-year-old is understood to be ‘seriously’ considering the offer due to finding himself on the fridges of the Barcelona squad.
The bearded winger has two goals and four assists in the 17 games he has featured in this season and still has another five years remaining on his contract.
The Turkish international star recently also claimed that he will remain at Barcelona next season.
“For me it’s a new system, a language that I still have to learn. Next year will be better,” Turan told Diario Ara.
“I know that from here I will be improving. Now it’s time to win titles and the year that comes will be better for me.”
