Both players returned to training mid-week after recovering from injury but neither are match fit.
Mascherano and Turan have missed the last two games due to a respective hamstring and groin problem.
Enrique faces a midfield dilemma as both his defensive midfield options are now unavailable as Sergio Busquets is out suspended.
Turan is likely to be replaced in the 18-man squad by Carles Alena who scored on his debut in the Copa del Rey against Hercules this season.
Andre Gomes came under fire following a disappointing display against PSG and is likely to be replaced by Denis Suarez.
Barca will be desperate to get back to winning ways against relegation struggling Leganes.
The La Liga giants need a miracle if they are to continue in the Champions League but the league title is still within reach.
Barca are just one point behind leaders Real Madrid who have two games in hand.
