Besiktas Vice President Ahmet Nur Çebi is set to travel to Norway by the end of the week to begin talks with Molde for their right back Martin Linnes according to NTVSpor.
The Black Eagles who are on the hunt for a right back haven’t given up on signing Linnes despite missing out on him in the summer.
The Norwegian right back recently signed a contract extension with Molde keeping him at the club until the end of 2017.
However, according to the report Besiktas have a four year contract agreement in place with Linnes and will sign the player if they can agree a fee with Molde.
Besiktas have also been linked with Dinamo Zagreb’s Ivo Pinto, Cruzeiro’s Mayke and Udinese’s Cameroon international Nyom.
Linnes has provided seven assists and scored five goals in 38 games in 2014.
