Besiktas want €20 million for star midfield Oguzhan Ozyakup according to the Fanatik sports newspaper.
The repot claims that the Black Eagles rejected an €8 million offer from Real Sociedad and informed the La Liga outfit that they will not consider offers under €20 million.
Ozyakup has hit the ground running at Besiktas this season playing a key role in the Istanbul giants midfield in what has been his most productive campaign since joining the club from Arsenal in 2012.
The Turkish international midfielder has 10 goals and eight assists in all competitions for the Eagles and is currently rated the sixth best player in the league according to Whoscored.
The Turkish international midfielder has attracted interest from Premier League clubs including former side Arsenal according to Talksport.
The 23-year-old midfielder played a major role in Arsenal’s Under-18s side that won the Premier Academy League title in 2009 and made a few appearances in cup competitions for the Gunners before joining Beşiktaş in 2012 for a fee of €500,000.
West Ham boss Slaven Bilic has also confirmed interest in Ozyakup according to the Fanatik newspaper.
Bilic is quoted as saying: “Özyakup has really come along this season. Any manager would want to see ın their team.”
