The England international is set to become Tosun’s new partner in attack.
Exactly how they will play together remains to be determined but Walcott and Bolasie are likely to play out wide with the Turkey international upfront.
Tosun is relishing the opportunity to play alongside the 28-year-old.
The prolific forward feels he will establish a strong partnership with Walcott.
“Theo is a great player,” Tosun said in his press conference today.
“He’s a proven player and has done well for Arsenal for many years. I would say it’d be a massive signing for us.
“I think I would link up well with him. We already have very talented players in our team and I’m sure if we sign him he would have a great input.”
Everton are estimated to have paid £20 million for the 28-year-old.
Tosun and Walcott could start alongside each other for the first time when the Toffees take on West Brom on Saturday at Goodison Park.
Walcott scored 108 goals in 397 matches for the Gunners in total since joining them from Southampton in 2006.
Tosun meanwhile joined Everton having scored 14 goals and provided three assists in all competitions for Besiktas.
The 26-year-old netted four times and provided two assists in the Champions League playing a major role in the Black Eagles becoming the first Turkish side to book a place in the Last 16 as group leaders.
