The Nigerian international has made a total of 17 appearances in the league this season and has one goal to his name.
Alanyaspor who are in 15th place have only conceded twice in their last four games with Omeruo starting.
Fenerbahce are currently in 4th place but did put an end to a three game drawing streak last week with a last-gasp winner against Osmanlispor.
The Yellow Canaries may be out of the title race but they still have everything to play for.
The Istanbul giants must finish in the top-four to ensure European football next season.
Fenerbahce will be without Josef De Souza and Hasan Ali Kaldirim who are suspended meanwhile, star defender Simon Kjaer is expected to be ruled out with injury.
