The Spanish international does not feature in Antonio Conte’s plans this season.
The Mirror report that the Blues cleared out Costa’s locker and moved his parking spot to the youth team car park.
Conte made it crystal clear that he does not want Costa in his side during the summer transfer window.
The Blues were hoping to sell Costa but were unable to find a suitor and with the other major European leagues transfer windows closing for business the Super Lig remains the only realistic option.
The Super Lig transfer window is still open and will run until Friday 8 September.
