Turan was linked with a move to Chelsea at the beginning of the season by The Sun.
Meanwhile, Turkish outlet Fotomac recently reported that Turan held early talks with Chelsea over a possible summer move.
Turan’s agent Ahmet Bulut revealed that Chelsea were one of the clubs in talks with his client before he joined Barcelona in 2015.
“Arda intends to leave Spain this summer. He wants to leave to play in the Premier League,” Bulut was quoted as saying by the Mirror.
“Talks are underway with three teams, for the moment I can’t say their names. However, they are the best in English and European football.
“PSG is a possibility, although Arda has always had the desire to try England.”
The 30-year-old midfielder was in London a fortnight ago and was pictured alongside Chelsea star striker Diego Costa.
Turan and Costa were teammates at Atletico Madrid, lifting the La Liga title and reaching the Champions League final together.
Arda Turan has been in impressive form for Barcelona this season with seven assists and 13 goal in 27 apperances.
The former Galatasaray star has over two years remaining on his current deal with Barca.
