Didier Drogba named the best ever African Premier League player [divider]
Former Galatasaray striker Didier Drogba has been named Premier League’s best ever African player by British Eurosport.
The study carried out by Opta for British Eurosport compiled a list of the Top 10 African players in the Premier League put Drogba at the top of the list.

The Ivory Coast international was signed by current Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho in 2004 and went on to win three Premier League titles, four FA Cups and the Champions League.
Drogba became the first African player to score more than 100 goals and has provided more assists than any other player from the continent (55).
The 34-year-old joined Galatasaray on a free transfer from Chinese club Shanghai Shenhua in January 2012.
The Ivory Coast international spent two seasons at Galatasaray, won the league title and the Turkish Cup, scoring 20 goals in 53 games.
The powerful striker returned to Stamford Bridge last summer following spells with Shanghai and Galatasaray.
