Emmanuel Emenike has not been included in the West ham squad ahead of the FA Cup Fourth Round clash against Liverpool.
The Nigerian intentional striker joined West Ham on loan last month from Turkish giants Fenerbahce.
Emenike made his debut in the 1-0 defeat against Southampton last week playing the last 20 minutes of the game.
West Ham are unbeaten against Liverpool this season and head coach Slaven Bilic has a great record against the Reds having also knocked them out of the Europa League last season while manager of Besiktas.
Bilic guided Besiktas to a victory over Liverpool on penalties in the Europa League Round of 32.
