Everton Can Sign Italian Target If Liverpool Lose Star Man
Everton have been closely linked with Juventus midfielder Stefano Sturaro this season.
The Toffees could however, have to rely on rivals Liverpool to make the deal happen.
Italian outlet CalcioMercato claim Everton will have a better chance of signing Sturaro, if the Serie A champions complete the signing of Reds midfielder Emre Can.
Can is in the final months of his Liverpool contract and is available under a pre-contract if Juventus want to sign the midfielder of Turkish origin on a free transfer in the summer.
The 23-year-old has been closely linked with Juventus but the reigning Serie A champions are yet to strike a deal.

Liverpool could still end up extending his contract deal.
Reds boss Jurgen Klopp has continued to show faith in Can and use him as a first-team regular.
Italy international Sturaro has made just nine appearances in all competitions this season and has another three-years left on his contract.
The report claims that Sturaro’s future is in doubt and if Juventus sign a new midfielder they he could end up being pushed out.
