Everton Set To Complete £27m Transfer Today, Cenk Tosun Could Make Liverpool Debut If He Signs Deal In Time
Besiktas are set to reach an agreement with Everton over the transfer of Cenk Tosun today.
A source close to the Black Eagles, revealed to Turkish-Football that the £27 million transfer is on the verge of being completed.

Tosun is keen on the move and expects the transfer to go ahead.
The powerful striker has been staying in London since new years eve and will travel to Liverpool imminently should the deal be completed as planned.
The 26-year-old will strike a four-and-a-half year deal with the Premier League outfit.
The Turkey international could end up making his debut against Liverpool in the FA Cup on Friday if his transfer is wrapped up today.
Talks could however, still drag on which would push Tosun’s debut date down the line to next week.
Despite being a Turkish international Tosun will not require a work permit to play in England as he was born in Germany.
The transfer will set a new Super Lig record if it goes ahead.
