Fenerbahce have been linked with a move for Tottenham Hotspur target Memphis Depay by the Turkish newspaper Sabah.
The Istanbul Giants have been monitoring the 20-year-old in recent months and are preparing to table a bid for the PSV star.
The report goes on to say the transfer may be finalised at the end of the season if PSV are unwilling to let go of their star player in January.

The Premier League duo of Manchester United and Tottenham weighed up a move for the winger in the summer and PSV even rejected a €20m bid from an unnamed club.
The 20-year-old who has 13 caps to his name, scored a goal for the Netherlands in the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
Depay has six assists and 16 goals in 20 appearances for PSV this season.
