Fenerbahce are preparing an offer for Valencia’s Algerian midfielder Sofiane Feghouli.
The Turkish newspaper AMK has stated that the Istanbul Giants are already in early talks with Feghouli.
The 26-year-old has also been linked with Manchester United over the January transfer window.
Feghouli’s contract with Valencia expires at the end of the season meaning he is able to discuss personal terms with clubs and leave on a free in July.
Tottenham were also closely linked with the Algeria international by the Daily Star earlier this year. The Premier League club sent scouts to monitor Feghouli’s performances but are yet to table an offer.
Fenerbahce have already signed eight players this season including Lille defender Simon Kjaer, 2014-15 Süper Lig top scorer Fernandao, Turkish international Şener Özbayraklı and Brazil international Josef De Souza.
