Fenerbahce have turned their attention towards Wednesday’s Ziraat Turkish Cup clash against Mersin Idmanyurdu.

The Yellow Canaries are coming off the back of a disappointing draw against Konyaspor in the league and will have one eye on this weekends league clash against their rivals and league leaders Galatasaray.

Mersin Idmanyurdu’s three game winning run came to an end last weekend with a  2-1 defeat to Bursaspor. The Red Devils have scored 13 goals in their last four league games.

Fenerbahce will be without Alper Potuk and Hasan Ali Kaldirim who are in a race to recover ahead of the intercontinental derby against Galatasaray.

Ismail Kartal is once again expected to field a experimental line-up with players from the U21 and U19 sides. The 53-year-old manager will also have one eye on the weekends clash and will avoid fielding any player carrying an injury in the Cup.,
